A near pair of Chinese Armorial vegetable tureens and covers, 18th century. Photo Bonhams Each of circular form with shell-shaped handles and pomegranate finial, the vessels and covers enamelled en-suite with a gilt and iron-red spearheadborder at the rims and two coats of arms, probably French, one tureen and cover with ecclesiastical arms surmounted by a galero and flanked by three hanging tassels on either side, the other with arms accolé.
