Note: A celadon-glazed brush pot from the H.M. Knight Collection with similar carving was included in the exhibition, Oosterse Schatten, Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam, 1954, no. 311. Another similarly carved celadon-glazed brush pot from the collection of the British Rail Pension Fund was exhibited at the Dorchester International Ceramics Fair, London, June 1986, and later sold at Sotheby's, Hong Kong, 16 May 1989, lot 51.
