Each rectangular plaque carved to one side in high relief with a Mongol groom tending horses in a mountain-filled landscape under a full sun, the mottled dark leaf green matrix displaying some natural fissure lines and pin-point black inclusions; each pieced ivory stand elaborately reticulated with leaf patterns, scroll work and auspicious bats (minor chips). 14 1/4in (36cm) high overall - Sold for $22,500 plus Premium and tax
