Centring on an oval cabochon star sapphire weighing 13.05 carats, surrounded by heart-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds together weighing approximately 1.50 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold. Estimate : 240,000—280,000 HKD

Accompanied by GIA report numbered 17242467, dated 27 May 2008, stating that the 13.05 carat star sapphire is natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heating.
