TURIN.- Today, the Museo d’Arte Orientale, Torino opened to the public. With the Museo d’Arte Orientale, Torino and the Piemonte region confirm and consolidate their ancient tradition in the sphere of studies and research dedicated to oriental cultures as well as their calling for multi-ethnic dialogue and integration. The 1,500 fascinating works of art kept at Palazzo Mazzonis in the heart of Torino’s Porta Palazzo district (an historic crossroads of various peoples and languages), includes some pieces of absolute excellence organised in an expositional course that looks towards the Orient in its variety of geographic areas and its cultural and artistic traditions.
