Very Important Sapphire and diamond bracelet, Harry Winston, 1968
Designed as a flexible curved band of circular- and brilliant-cut diamonds, embellished with five step-cut sapphires weighing respectively 12.74, 12.97, 22.55, 16.11 and 13.56 carats, mounted in platinum, length approximately 200mm, unsigned, maker's marks for Jacques Timey. Accompanied by SSEF report no. 53112 stating that the sapphires weighing 12.74, 22.55 and 16.11 carats are of Burmese origin, and that the sapphires weighing 12.97 and 13.56 carats are of Ceylon origin, all with no indications of heating.
