Formed with barbed rim and deep well supported by a slightly tapering circular foot, the floor painted within a roundel depicting a beauty spinning yarn surrounded by a classic scroll band, the side walls decorated to both interior and exterior with panels of figures in Chinese costume standing in front of western architectural designs, separated by tulips and other blossoms; the foot pad left unglazed.. 13in (33cm) diameter.
