The exterior richly enamelled in shades of pink, green, blue and iron-red with lotus, orchid and other large blossoms evenly spaced amid other floral sprays on a bright yellow ground, the interior with five bats circling on the plain white glaze.14.9cm (5¾in) diam. Another comparable example but slightly larger was sold at Christie's Hong Kong, 31 March 1992, lot 655; and a further example of similar decoration but with a Jiaqing seal mark was sold at Sotheby's Hong Kong, 8 October 2010, lot 2698.
