Finely painted around the exterior in soft tones of cobalt blue, depicting a continuous scene of an emperor and empress holding court with official, attendants and bannermen, all in a fenced garden setting, the tall neck with two bands enclosing cranes in flight and clouds, divided by geometric scrolls; 29½ in. (75 cm.) high Estimate £60,000 - £80,000. Price Realized £73,250
