The dish has deep rounded sides and is supported by a short tapering foot. The interior is decorated with three female immortals in a garden setting beside a deer pulling a small cart with auspicious fruit, all below a further immortal seated on the back of a phoenix in flight. The cavetto has eight shaped cartouches containing flowers, antiques and figures in exterior scenes. 15 in. (38.2 cm.) diam. Estimate £7,000 – £10,000 ($11,753 - $16,790)
