heavily potted, the rounded sides rising to a short waisted neck and lipped rim, boldly painted to the exterior with a design of coiled chilong roundels interspersed with alternating peach, pomegranate, camelia, chrysanthemum, magnolia, peony and prunus roundels, with fruiting and flowering sprays repeated to the shoulder, the neck painted with a narrow band of cranes in flight amidst ruyi-form clouds and a lappet band at the foot
