the compressed globular body rising from a short straight foot to a short straight neck and everted rim, brightly painted in rich cobalt-blue tones around the exterior with an inscribed and dated rectangular plaque flanked by a pair of scaly dragons amidst fire and cloud scrolls, all between wave and chevron bands.
