A small Ding-type bowl, 12th-13th century
A small Ding-type bowl, 12th-13th century. Estimate £1,000 - 1,500 (€1,400 - 2,100). Photo Bonhams.
The interior impress moulded in radiating panels with prancing equines, all covered in a thin ivory coloured glaze. 10.8cm (4 1/4in) diam.
Provenance: reputedly acquired in the UK circa 1965-1981.
The base with a circular Bluett & Sons label.
