the translucent white glass of elongated ovoid form, the body finely painted in the famille-rose palette with a continuous scene of life on a riverboat among lush surroundings, with a lady and children playing on the boat and a lone fisherman by floating reeds, all below a border of cloud scrolls and banana leaf lappets rising to an everted rim, the base with a four-character Qianlong seal mark in red enamel - 13.6 cm., 5 3/8 in.
