The vase raised on a splayed foot and rising to a widely flared neck with bow-string bands framing the narrow cylindrical mid-section, covered with a finely mottled opaque glaze of turquoise and purplish-blue tone that continues over the mouth rim and also covers the base, Japanese wood box, stand.
