well potted with wide everted sides, supported on a splayed hollow stem encircled by a rib, covered on the exterior with a deep sacrificial-blue glaze of vibrant purplish colour finely suffused on the surface with a faint 'orange peel' effect, the interior and the base left white, the latter inscribed with a six-character horizontal mark.
