Set with a cushion-shaped ruby, weighing approximately 5.16 carats, within a pear-shaped, marquise and brilliant-cut diamond cluster, to the baguette-cut diamond shoulders, mounted in gold, ring size 6½. With maker's mark for Meister.
Accompanied by report no. 77633 dated 28 November 2014 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating
