each finely potted with steep sides and everted rim, painted with two striding five-clawed dragons amid clouds above foaming waves, all between underglaze blue double-line borders at the rim and foot, seal mark in underglaze blue, fitted wood box (9).
Provenance: Collection of Austin Tydings, donated to the Rowland Park County School in 1986.
