The baluster body boldly painted and enameled with ladies at leisure in a garden bordered by rockwork, in one grouping a seated lady holing a sword and a standing lady admiring a miniature vase, in another grouping a lady holding a jue and another sewing a garment, the associated domed cover with a bud-form finial and painted with grapevines bearing multicolored fruit.
