The tureen brightly enamelled in shades of pink, coral-red, blue, yellow and green with two gilt-outlined cartouches enclosing delicate floral sprays including chrysanthemum and narcissus, divided by a fruiting peach and a leaf-shaped cartouche containing a smaller floral spray, flanked by two down-turned leaf-like handles, the stand and cover similarly decorated with the cover surmounted by a knob in the form of a leafy stem, all reserved on a simulated-marble ground. 39cm (15½in) wide (3).
