The present long jacket was a courtly garment for women at the court of the Ottoman sultan. It consists of dark purple velvet and is embellished with rich gold thread embroidery, depicting abstract-geometric patterns and flowers. The jacket is lined with a cotton fabric. The velvet jacket is rubbed off in places. The seams under the arms are slightly damaged, and the embroidery is somewhat solved in a few places. The back length is 59 cm, and the sleeve length is 51 cm. The collar width measures 45 cm.
