Nautilus Cup in frame of gilded silver. At the corners of the triangular base are mermaids. The head of a dolphin is visible beneath their double twisting tails.In their hands they hold the loose ends of their shoulder and on their heads walking around tire work, on the sides, above a frats, is connected. At this pedestal is a naked female figure seated, a cloth is folded around her loins.With head and hands it supports a rosette on which the shell rests and which clamps are attached, respectively crowned by a Nereid and Triton.
The body of this cup is the home of a sea snail, the nautilus. This shell was also the starting point for the decoration: everywhere are marine creatures. Around the foot swimming dolphins and mermaids. Fish, sea gods and goddesses are the bands of the frame.
