Ewer of rock crystal with a highly placed ears. Frame of gold with black and white enamel. Decorated with tendril ornament and a palmette frieze matte grinding.
The ewer is made up of three parts. The foot and the body are rotated out of large pieces of rock crystal. The patterns are then cut in the material. For the neck and the ear is used another technique; they are together cut out of a third piece.
