With deep rounded sides rising steeply from a narrow foot, vividly decorated in the interior and exterior with lotus blooms in aubergine enamels, issuing from leafy sprigs in emerald-green, all on a yellow-lemon ground, the straight foot further decorated with floral scrolls beneath upright curling petal lappets, Japanese box.18.3cm (7 1/4in) diam.
