Set with a pear-shaped diamond, weighing approximately 14.18 carats, between tapered baguette-cut diamond shoulders, ring size 6, mounted in gold. Signed Cartier HSS, no. 103.

Accompanied by report no. 1172055109 dated 27 February 2015 from the GIA Gemological Institute of America stating that the 14.18 carat diamond is G colour, VS1 clarity.
