The vase is potted in elegant pear-shaped form that supported on a slightly splayed foot, then gently rising to a tall tubular neck. The vase is covered with a rich purplish-raspberry glaze feathered with milky-blue, draining from the rim leaving a cream coloured band, suffused overall with a network of fine glaze crackles. The base is incised with a six-character seal mark.
