of tapering oviform with waisted neck and flaring rim, painted with a central band of dragons in reserve with stylised scrolling ruyi on a blue ground, between bands of stylised lotus scrollwork, with a band of ascending leaves at the neck and further band of stylised scrolling lotus at the foot.

the tall slightly knopped cylindrical body rising from a spreading flat base to a flaring neck, painted around the exterior in rich cobalt-blue tones with a floral spray and rockwork band between pendant stiff leaves to the lower body and a broad river landscape band to the upper body.
