In a darkened night mood, bright lighting up the items in the basket standing right next to bright grapes figs, apple, grape leaves and summer flowers in front of two peaches alongside jasmine flowers. Links rooster and hen in loose feathers on the left side as repoussoir a vigorous tree, behind a view to the sea surface in the dark with a slightly aufleuchtendem horizon. High quality paintings in brisk brushwork. The stunning quality of the picture justifies the above, running in the allocation expertise. 

Expertise: The painting is an expertise of Professor Giancarlo sestieri, Rome, from 19.04.2004 added. Compared with several examples and the literature reference, especially L. Salerno, in La natura morta Italiana, Roma, 1984, and A. Ferretti Colombie, in La natura morta in Italia, Milano, 1989. 

The author of the report quotes a number of paintings by the artist, each monogrammed "CVF", located approximately in the Galleria di Storia ed Arte in Udine, it is also D. Benati quoted his introductory text to "Natura mort study" of Bologna from the band La natura morta in Emilia Romagna e, Milan, 2000, pp. 122.
