finely embroidered in couched gilt-and-silver wrapped threads with nine five-clawed long dragons grasping ‘flaming pearls’ against a ground of ruyi-clouds and bats interspersed with the Twelve Symbols of imperial authority, all above crashing waves and a lishui border at the hem, with a dark blue collar and cuffs further embellished with further couched dragons and plain dark blue sleeves
