The necklace designed as a rivière, set with 73 round diamonds weighing approximately 42.00 carats, length 15¼ inches, with maker's mark; circa 1978; suspending a detachable pendant centering a pear-shaped sapphire weighing 16.95 carats, framed by round and pear-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 5.95 carats; circa 1979. With signed box.
