Each sugarloaf cabochon amethyst and pavé-set diamond lotus surmount, suspending a pear-shaped cabochon emerald, weighing approximately 39.57 and 40.93 carats respectively, within a circular cabochon turquoise surround and pear-shaped cabochon turquoise connecting link, 6.5 cm, mounted in gold. Signed Bvlgari 

Accompanied by reports nos. 15055047 and 15055048 dated 2 May 2015 from the Gübelin GemLab stating that the origin of the emeralds is Colombia, with indications of minor clarity enhancement.
