Collet-set at the centre with a cushion-shaped pink sapphire, the latticework frame decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds, detachable pendant loop set with brilliant-cut diamonds, additional necklace chain. 

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 60422, stating that the pink sapphire is natural, with no indications of heating.
