the rounded sides rising from a straight foot to a flared rim, the exterior brightly enameled in red, green, and aubergine with two striding five-clawed dragons in pursuit of 'flaming pearls' amidst flame scrolls and cloud wisps, all above a border of petal lappets at the foot, the interior with a central medallion enclosing a green dragon in pursuit of a 'flaming pearl,' the base with a six-character mark within a double circle in underglaze blue, the fifth claw of each dragon effaced, the rim bound in metal.
