Its wide curving well supported on a short foot and its exterior walls painted with two dragons chasing flaming pearls amid clouds, the recessed base bearing the Thiêu-tri niên-chê mark in Chinese regular script (rim with metal mount).
Note: The Vietnamese emperor Thiêu-tri reigned from 1841-1847.
