of broad baluster form, the exterior finely slip-decorated, incised and brightly glazed in aubergine, yellow and turquoise depicting scholars and attendants in a garden beside pine trees amidst cloud scrolls in a mountainous landscape, all reserved on a rich dark blue ground, all between a lotus-lappet band at the waisted base and a bajixiang-filled ruyi collar at the broad shoulder, the interior glazed green, later pierced domed zitan cover and stand.
