The compressed globular body raised on three cabriole legs issuing from gilt copper lion masks, rising to a short, straight neck with everted rim, the exterior decorated with large lotus blooms amid foliate scrolls on a turquoise ground, below a band of gilt lotus lappets, the shoulder flanked by a pair of handles shaped as mythical beasts, the domed cover cast with three ruyi panels enclosing leafy lotus scrolls reserved on a pierced ground decorated with bats and clouds, surmounted by a gilt bronze knop pierced with lotus blooms and flower heads.
