finely worked as a pair of conjoined geese, the larger one turning its neck around to face the other and grasping a spray of millet in their beaks, the contour of their wings faintly incised, depicted with ripples of water wrapped around their bodies, the smooth stone of a pale celadon colour highlighted with mottled russet inclusions .
