superbly potted with deep and gently rounded sides rising from a flat base to a rim bordered along the exterior with a thin raised band, above a bevelled frieze encircling the base, the flat interior carved with a medallion enclosing a single daylily borne on a curled stem with scrolling leaves, veiled in a silky ivory-coloured transparent glaze showcasing the white stoneware body, the unglazed mouthrim mounted with a metal band.
