Of circular form with deep sides resting on a foot ring, one side set with a outward handle in the form of a dragon's head, the semi-translucent stone of greyish-green tone with black inclusions.
Note: The form of the present cup is closely related to metalware and ceramics dated to the Yuan dynasty, such as a silver cup with a similar dragon-head handle, excavated in Chifeng, currently in the Chifeng Museum, illustrated in zhongguo jin yin bo li fa lang qi quan ji, vol.3, Beijing, 2004, no.8.
