the steep, gently flaring sides sweeping to an everted rim, painted to the exterior with stylised floral blossoms borne on leafy scrolls, all reserved against a bright yellow ground.

modelled as a floral blossom with a brown stem, incised to the body with leafy branches issuing further smaller blooms, all supported on three short feet.

the bell-shaped body rising from a ribbed spreading foot to an everted rim, flanked by a pair of animal-mask handles to the sides, painted to the exterior with a gnarled branch issuing prunus blossoms, the reverse with a phrase related to the scene followed by two iron-red enamelled seals.
