each with rounded sides rising from a slightly tapered foot to a flared rim, painted to the interior with a five-clawed dragon enamelled in translucent green, writhing amongst flames in pursuit of a flaming pearl, enclosed within a green line border repeated at the rim, the exterior similarly decorated with two striding dragons chasing flaming pearls against a ground of incised waves and rocks, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character reign mark within a double circle; 17.8cm, 7in.
