The small hexagonal jar is composed of different polygonal squares, with a short neck, flat shoulders, a large belly and a circle foot. The whole vessel is decorated with blue and white flowers, with different brocade patterns painted on each side of the abdomen, and the green material is scattered. The bottom of the device is exposed. This batch of porcelain should come from the Chu Dau kiln site in Hai Duong Province (Hai Duong, lower reaches of the Red River Basin) in Vietnam. Its style is similar to the Hoi An Shipwreck (ca. late 15th to 16th century) unearthed in the 1990s.
