the drop-shaped natural pearl measuring approximately 14.0 x 12.4 x 19.8mm, suspended from a surmount of foliate and ribbon design set with cushion-shaped, circular-cut and rose diamonds, later set with a mabé pearl, pendant loops to reverse, a few diamonds deficient. 

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 67810, stating that the slightly baroque drop-shaped pearl was found to be natural, saltwater, and that the central pearl is a natural bister pearl.
