This small jug is decorated with a bizarre decor. The entire surface is formed with the model at a low relief: carp jump painted in red, orange and gold from moving waves and spray out. Even from the small, recessed lid rises a plastic fish head. In China, this design associated with the carp that swim in the rapids of Longmen against the stream and turn into dragon, symbol of the successfully passed imperial examinations.
