The body of rich yellow brocade woven with diagonal bands of clouds re-cut from a different format; the ivory silk bands along the neck, right side opening, lower hem and sleeves embroidered in colored silk floss and gilt-wrapped threads with floral roundels and bamboo leaves, the rose satin sleeve bands embroidered en suite with butterflies and flowers; the border bands also accented with white and blue silk brocade ribbon. 50 1/2in (128cm) long.
