Each set with a pear-shaped diamond, weighing approximately 10.25 and 10.01 carats, and an inverted pear-shaped diamond surmount, weighing approximately 5.02 and 5.00 carats, to the marquise-shaped and brilliant-cut diamond spacer, mounted in gold, 4.7 cm.
