Decorated with five-clawed dragon roundels in a couched golden and silver thread, amongst groups of peony, bats and the eight Buddhist emblems in seed stitch, all above an elaborate wave and bat border at the hem, the blue brocade sleeve bands also with chrysanthemum flowerheads. 108cm (42 1/2in) long. Estimate £800 - 1,500 (€970 - 1,800)
