the tapering sides rising to rounded shoulders, surmounted by a short waisted neck with lipped rim, the exterior covered with a rich glaze of streaked crushed-raspberry and lavender tones extending to the interior of the mouth, draining to a crackled greyish-beige tone at the rim, the base unglazed revealing the brown body; 34.3cm., 13½in.
