Blue underglaze decoration depicting on both sides cartouche bearing IHS insignia, ground with butterflies, flowers and leaves. (cover of later date). Alt.: 14,5 cm
This vase might be commissioned by the Jesuits for the Holy Oils, some authors such as A. Varela Santos, Mª Antónia Pinto de Matos or Nuno de Castro points to the Daoguang Period, ca. 1840
