the U-shaped body rising to a flared rim, supported on a square-sectioned stem, freely painted to the exterior with a foliate scroll bearing fruiting berries above a band of lappets, the flared foot applied with a raised fillet above pendent leaves, the interior with a Sanskrit character within a double-circle, Japanese wood box.
